Description:
This project will establish a new method for Raven Connected to detect, report and share information in near real-time for road construction and closure activity. New AI models will be created utilizing historical video telematics data generated by Raven+ devices deployed in delivery vehicles across Ottawa. These models will then be field-tested and further improved upon in Ottawa before deploying to other cities (Toronto & Atlanta) across North America via additional Raven+ devices. The end goal is to provide high-quality and timely road construction / closure data to municipalities, infrastructure and drivers in formats they can action on through leveraging their existing tools, technologies and workflows.
