Description:
The Customized EDI Assessments for SMEs project will provide EDI Assessments to SMEs through various methods, including 1-on-1 consultations, to provide organizations with an EDI assessment report which includes:
● a diversity assessment spidergram ,
● suggestions for improvement based on where the organization is on their EDI journey, and
● curated best practices of what other similar organizations are doing in relation to EDI.
Organizations that previously participated in this project will be eligible for follow up consultations to help implement recommendations from their report.
