Description:
Assessment of LLMs and machine learning solutions / tools. The goal is to increase productivity by improving on: manufacturing processes to reduce waste, reduce inventory costs, predict demand, increase quality, implement predictive maintenance, improve customer experience and improve product development process.
This project will be implemented in conjunction with Lean manufacturing. Using linear and logistic regression algorithms will facilitate the measuring KPIs, will allow measuring such metrics in a holistic manner and further the firm's understanding of processes. This more in-depth understanding will allow the firm to better predict outcomes of changes and prioritize continuous improvement (Kaisan).
