Description:
Inuvik Web Services proposes the development of an advanced LoRaWAN mesh network, powered by long-lasting batteries supplemented with renewable energy sources, to enhance data communication across remote research installations in the Canadian Western Arctic. Autonomous drones (UAVs) will be integrated to bridge network gaps, ensuring reliable and continuous data flow despite extreme Arctic conditions. This project aims to eliminate the need for physical data retrieval trips currently undertaken by researchers.
