Position Overview: Financial Administrator youth hire to support a rapidly growing skincare manufacturing company. This role will focus on managing financial transactions, supporting the finance department with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records for the company’s transactions, including accounts payable/receivable
Process invoices, expense reports, and payments
Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting financial trends.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of financial processes.
Support in month-end and year-end closing procedures
