Agreement Number:

Agreement Value:
$47,853.00
Agreement Date:
Jan 20, 2025 - Feb 13, 2026
Description:
In brownfield projects, it is essential to create 3D models from scans using Scan-to-BIM processes. This involves developing 3D models from existing *E57 files and generating intelligent 3D models in the *ddd format compatible with IDS, our existing platform.
These models must also be interoperable in the *IFC format for seamless export to Revit. The proposed approach emphasizes accurately extracting measurements from scans, converting them into the *ddd file format, and exporting them to Revit for customer validation.
The generated models will prioritize accuracy and will be validated to ensure they align with the commonly used Revit *rvt file formats, ensuring realism and reliability.
