Description:
The project will see our team of four staff develop an improved and enhanced version of our existing SMS AI-powered software, Robin, which allows customers to setup phone numbers to automatically reply to inbound questions that the AI has been trained on. Improvements and enhancements will be focused on message accuracy, response times, operational efficiency, and developing internal language models and general AI domain knowledge.
