Description:
RFINE is advancing the KAFFIKA™ Spent Coffee Ground Dryer by overcoming key technical challenges to enhance performance and commercialization readiness. This project focuses on: 1.Particulate Management: Preventing exhaust screen clogging to enable continuous 15-hour operation with minimal maintenance. 2. Custom Heating Solutions: Developing a compact, energy-efficient 7,500W heating system, ensuring drying costs stay within constraints. 3. Automated Material Unloading: Implementing an automated unloading system to eliminate manual handling and meet 1-hour drying cycle requirements. These improvements will enhance reliability, scalability, and market readiness, supporting deployment in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environments.
