Knead Technologies is developing an AI-powered feature called SmartMatch, designed to optimize the matching process between food donors, recipient organizations, and volunteer delivery drivers. The project focuses on developing and refining AI algorithms to provide food rescue route suggestions for multiple food donor and recipient routes, and to make donor/recipient matching suggestions based on food type, quantity and availability. This innovative feature will help food rescue organizations make more effective and efficient logistic decisions, resulting in more food being rescued and redistributed.
