Description:
The main project the Resource Manager role will be working on is the rollout of a new product service. The firm has partnered with Smartsheet, a company that provides a Project and Work Management Platform. Currently, the firm has 1 of 2 Smartsheet certified implementers in Canada. In order for the firm to properly support the rollout of this new product line this role will provide marketing, sales, technical and customer support. The goal over the term of this project is to onboard 1-2 new Smartsheet clients and or expand the number of Smartsheet licenses at client sites.
