This project aims to enhance the NutraForge by analyzing users' meal logs to provide personalized insights into how nutrient intake affects gastrointestinal (GI) diseases such as Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis (UC), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), and celiac disease. Advanced techniques like machine learning and statistical inference will be used to analyze the data, starting with GI diseases.
