Description:
CSI is seeking funding support to hire and train a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate with exceptional aptitude in mathematics and engineering fundamentals. Although she does not yet possess the specific skillsets required for our operations, her strong analytical capabilities and technical foundation make her an ideal candidate for development into a specialized role. The objective of this project is to provide a structured 10–12 month training program focused on embedded systems design, with particular emphasis on C programming and data analysis from our proprietary hardware. This program will equip her with the practical, software-focused skills necessary to contribute effectively to our R&D and product optimization effort.
