Conditions, which are a required part of a lender's mortgage approval commitment letter, must be fulfilled in order for the lender to proceed with a loan, and include things like proof of income, proof of down payment, name of lawyer, and acceptable appraisal report.
This Project is to add a new feature module for lenders so they can embed Value Connect solution capabilities within their condition management portals which contain a list of all the conditions remaining and fulfilled, much like a task list.
