Agreement Date:
May 19, 2025 - Feb 28, 2026
Description:
There is continued threat of fungus/Sea lice to hatchery reared Atlantic salmon and in many cases the use of formalin is demonstrating some resistance or the dosage used is having negative impacts on the recirculating water system’s biofilters. PuraLyze/Supratect has an opportunity as a natural product to be administered to the water system to act as a prophylaxis to reduce the accumulation of Saprolegnia/ sea lice thus reducing the use of formalin and the risk of fungal infections within the population. In addition to that RPS also would like to see the effect of Supratect/Puralyze combination in the diet of Shrimp. We have evidence that a bath using our product increases the growth of Shrimp.
