Description:
The Technology Acceleration Program (TAP) is designed to support one of cleantech Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) biggest challenges - quickly advancing through the Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) to deliver on milestones that drive enterprise value. This program includes programming for Chief Technology Officers (CTOs) or ventures which enables the SME to:
1. Critically self-evaluate the TRLs of their technologies
2. Prepare a detailed plan to achieve their next milestone up to the commercial pilot stage
3. Identify actionable strategies to fast-track technology development
4. Implement risk mitigation strategies through to the commercialization stage
5. Become a world-class technical leader for their company
6. Collaborate effectively with technology, product development and market partners
