Description:
To reduce reliance on U.S. supply chains and improve manufacturing efficiency, the company is undertaking an automation project with support from the IRAP program. The initiative will implement integrated automated systems to streamline production, enhance consistency, and reduce manual rework. These technologies will address labour-intensive and quality-sensitive tasks, increasing flexibility and throughput. Funding will support internal labour for system setup, integration, and training, as well as consulting for programming and workflow optimization. Feasibility of additional automation will also be assessed.
