Nootka's growth requires a shift from spreadsheets a more robust solution that can scale. The objective of this project is to evaluate and pilot a tailored ERP/MRP solution that supports Nootka Saunas’ transition to more efficient, technology-enabled manufacturing and inventory operations. The project will evaluate limitations in production tracking, inventory control, and quality management by assessing needs, identify tools to integrate, and customizing features for Nootka's business environment.
