Description:

The technical resource will help to develop Saltwinds coffee roasting innovations with the aim of deploying these innovations in large scale production roasting and potentially into monetizable IP. These innovations include Saltwinds proprietary ocean air coffee infusion process as well as Saltwinds reduced emissions roasting process. The candidate will be involved in production roasting, will carry out QA/QC as they refine the firm's roasting innovations, and will be a part of the firm's ongoing continuous improvement efforts.
