Description:
Intake automation involves using AI to answer incoming calls and automate the beginning part of the conversation where the same questions are asked every time. As it receives answers it updates a dynamic dashboard for the RVTs. From gathering the initial animal health concern to details about the caller & animal, this will help reduce wait times for callers with animal emergencies and lead to better outcomes for the animals.
