Description:
Automatic Coating Limited (ACL) has established itself as a world leader in customized specialty coating equipment for export globally. ACL is working to develop the 3rd generation of these machines which is a scalable machine to fit in a smaller footprint.
ACL has developed and patented a Tidal Coat Fluidized Bed coating machine and system that will automatically coat a watertight door and fixtures with first pass quality in under 2 minutes. These machines are being considered for deployment to foreign allied Navy’s maintenance centres however there is a requirement for a one coat system and a system that will fit into a smaller footprint.
