This project focuses on the formulation, stability, and market validation of our novel natural compound, KCB-100, to enable its use as a functional ingredient in commercial beverages. In partnership with Niagara College's Food & Beverage Innovation Centre, we will conduct studies to develop a stable, soluble formulation. The outcome will be a scientifically-backed, de-risked ingredient package for commercial partners, addressing consumer demand for evidence-based wellness products.
