Description:
This Project will involve research, then development of a prototype demonstration vessel using zero GHG engine for maritime passenger transport and coastal activities for fishing and tourism in India.
This is an international collaborative R&D project under the Canadian International Innovation Program between the Canadian Firm, Acel with its expertise in electric marine propulsion systems, and the Indian Firm Vijai Marine Services PVT. LTD (VMSPL), which has the engineering skills to develop highly-optimized passenger and tourist vessels in the Indian Sub-continental market.
