Gastronomous deployed an Alpha version of the Ghost Coffee system into a client’s store for a three-month pilot; while the initial results were promising, the client provided substantial feedback highlighting areas for improvement—including the need to reduce the machine’s footprint, shorten cycle time by over 30%, integrate intelligent feedback for brew management, and enhance ergonomic design. This project is focused on re-engineering the Ghost Coffee system to meet these requirements for the upcoming Beta version, which is intended for a broader rollout across additional store locations.
