This project aims to modernize and unify revenue operations (RevOps) through the integration of AI tools, CRM systems, and automation workflows. By connecting a CRM, ChatGPT, Lindy AI, chatbots, and our web platform, we will streamline lead management, enhance sales and marketing alignment, client on-boarding, and improve data-driven decision-making. The initiative will also support the development of scalable standard operating procedures (SOPs) for AI-assisted sales processes, ensuring greater efficiency, customer engagement, and economic scalability for digital services in the childcare sector.
