We’re looking for a business or engineering graduate to join our team and support initiatives focused on customer success. This role will involve developing tools that improve customer retention, analyzing user data to uncover opportunities, and responding to inbound requests with product expertise. Ideal candidates are hands-on, curious, and eager to build solutions that make an impact.
