This project supports the growth of Aurora Heat, an Indigenous-led business based in the Northwest Territories, by conducting research to identify the firm's specific operational needs in implementing advanced digital systems, data-driven decision-making, and AI-powered marketing innovations. Three key roles will accelerate the company’s expansion across affiliate marketing, strategic partnerships, and digital sales channels.
