Description:

The project will implement advanced capabilities to the Vitall Intelligence platform to enable practitioners to remotely manage diseases within their patient cohort thereby enabling them to provide better care, reduce comorbidities, and prevent hospital visits and stays. In order to deliver this service to practitioners, VITALL will scale the platform by adding disease specific features, AI tools for data insights, in-app communication, enhanced data collection, as well as provision client data jurisdiction requirements.
