Description:

Leverage knowledge gained in surface treatment of recycled soda lime glass to expand commercial effectiveness in latex paints and coatings (including white pigment enhancement) and expand to other platforms including oil-based paints, epoxy resins, silicone elastomers and acrylic adhesives. This will create a first of its kind, Canadian made, revolutionary “green” addition to traditional multi-component industrial products, used all over the world, whose producers are actively searching for environmentally friendly manufacturing materials. Opta Glass already performs proprietary and unique processing of recycled waste glass that is not possible anywhere else in the world. Expanding product reach beyond ground pozzolan is a game changer.
