The human microbiome extends beyond the gut, with vaginal and oral microbial ecosystems playing vital roles in systemic and reproductive health. Nucliq Biologics, through its flagship platform Gutcheck, is pioneering precision microbiome analysis. Building on Gutcheck’s success, and to address the growing demand for integrated, multi-site testing that can provide individuals and clinicians with a more holistic view of health, this project focuses on developing and validating a vaginal microbiome testing module, the first step toward integrated, multi-site microbiome profiling. By incorporating AI-driven analytics, it will set the foundation for holistic health insights and future microbiome-based therapeutic innovations.
