The project aims to develop and validate a fully automated, field-deployable system for rapid detection of biological pathogen threats in air and water. By integrating autonomous sampling, qPCR analysis, sequencing preparation, and cloud-based data reporting, the platform will enable near–real-time situational awareness for both defense and civilian bio-surveillance and community health monitoring applications.
