Ardra Inc. is advancing groundbreaking animal-free porphyrin ingredients created through precision fermentation. This project will scale up production of animal-free porphyrins and optimize their formulation to deliver a sustainable, nutrient-rich, and flavourful alternative to animal-derived ingredients. By improving production efficiency and validating product safety and performance, Ardra aims to accelerate the path to market for animal-free porphyrins. The result will support the growing demand for plant-based foods while helping reduce the environmental footprint of the global food industry.
