Description:
The primary objective of this project is to expand the customer service and experience team to enhance support from the point of sale through ongoing product use. The role will focus on developing fitting guides and processes to streamline the bike ordering experience. For the launch of a new product, the position will also help coordinate key tasks to ensure timely delivery to customers. Additionally, drawing on the employee’s background, the role will support wheelchair and bike fittings, product demonstrations, and production of small sub-assemblies required for customer maintenance.
