Description:
The Algorithms and Advanced Research Engineer will implement advanced algorithms for the purposes of intra-operative surgical navigation. Specifically for this project we will focus on the conception and implementation of 3 algorithms: 1) simulated reaming depth (bone removal), 2) synthetic fluoroscopy, i.e. generating synthetic c-arm images from a 3d volume, and 3) automated image segmentation of the scapula.
