Description:
Despite increased defence investment, military Certification and Accreditation (C&A) processes remain slow and heavily dependent on a limited pool of specialists. RESTIV Technology Inc. proposes to develop and validate a defence-grade, air-gapped deployment of its Compliance Copilot platform. The project will establish secure infrastructure, locally hosted AI-enabled compliance workflows, and evidence-first accreditation processes aligned with military standards. C&A timelines will be reduced by automating control mapping, evidence generation, and lifecycle assurance, while preserving the assurance levels required by defence authorities, positioning Canada with a scalable compliance automation capability to support defence modernization.
