This project develops an enterprise-grade AI-powered ordering flow within App8's existing catering platform. The system processes natural-language buyer inputs and generates a small set of validated, feasible, and priced catering package options that convert directly into a quote-ready cart for operator approval. The core technical challenge is proving that constrained AI generation can reliably produce quote-ready carts under hard, non-negotiable constraints across real menus and uneven data quality, at scale, with zero violation rate on safety-critical outputs.
