Description:

Crop Defenders Ltd. is developing and validating scalable delivery systems for biological crop protection in commercial greenhouses. This project focuses on optimizing application methods for beneficial organisms and microbial biopesticides using technologies such as blowers and cold foggers. A graduate research assistant will conduct structured field trials in Niagara-region greenhouses to evaluate efficacy, compatibility, and consistency under real-world conditions. The outcome will be standardized protocols that improve reliability, reduce pesticide reliance, and enable broader adoption of biological IPM systems.
