This project will hire a project management resource to help the process of modernizing stair and railing production by establishing a digitally connected production floor. The initiative integrates product configuration, planning, CNC execution, and field operations through workflow re-engineering, targeted ERP system customization, the procurement and integration of modern CNC equipment, and applied manufacturing research and development.
