Description:
Natural killer (NK) cells play a crucial role in the control of tumors, making them appealing for immunotherapy. Alongside Green Cross LabCell, Feldan aims to genetically modify NK cells to improve their potential for allogeneic engraftment and their cytotoxicity against tumors. This project will lead to the development of universal, off-the-shelf and hyperactive NK cells for immuno-oncology therapies.
