In summary, this project is to grow internal technical capabilities to manage production and manufacturing processes and food safety and regulatory procedures. This project seeks to achieve this by sourcing an appropriate Operations Manager and Food Safety Manager and enhancing their respective skills through training, coaching and mentoring by Senior Management so as to result in efficient and improved overall production and food safety processes required as the plant is undergoing significant expansion.
