Description:
The overall goal of this project is to work on process improvement with brewers, maltsters and hop producers to improve competitiveness, and warrant quality and consistency of products. It also aims to promote more integration of regional ingredients in regional beer. The CCNB research team will engage with a minimum of 31 businesses from New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Québec, to provide insights on procedure integration for each of their lines of production.
