This project is to help in the development of an improved customer experience. As we grow, we need to develop our processes, specifically customer services. The position will assist in understanding our technology, understanding the current processes, and offer recommendations for improvement. Additionally, it will be important to train on our current products and processes and provide areas of improvement for the company. In addition, this position will allow us the opportunity to look at new technology opportunities and new software improvements to our current system.
