Description:
Maritime Way scientific acquired an acoustic seabed classification software suite from a west coast company called Quester Tangent Corp in 2014. The objective of this project is to develop the software by creating a bathymetric and a statistical analysis module and to redesign the data flow within the software. This project will endeavor to progress Maritime Way's seabed classification and underwater environmental assessment software solution. This software solution is design to provide an automated and objective methodology to process remote sensing data (sidescan and multibeam echo sounder data) to provide various information layers to be used by customer to enhance their environmental assessment and understanding of underwater area.
