Description:
The goal of this project is to develop a Connected Transit Vehicle Platform to communicate traffic signal timing information to the transit driver and to implement real-time adjustment of the signal timing using the real-time connected transit vehicle information. This will provide priority to the transit vehicle. As part of this project the developed technology will be piloted in a partner Regional Municipality in Ontario.
