Description:
The main objective of this project is for NRC-IRAP to enable the Food Development Centre (FDC) to provide technology advisory and support services for small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) from Manitoba and across Canada. These services will include the provision of such services by the FDC as; technical support, regulatory support, packaging support, processing support and food product commercialization support. These support services will assist the identified SMEs to more effectively grow their innovation capabilities for the purpose of building wealth and creating jobs.
