Description:
At the end of a 15-year research project conducted with Laval University, Grizzly has developed a natural way to combat Listeria monocytogenes in smoked salmon through a bioingredient from bacteriological culture (Bac M35) that combats this bacterium and protects them for 21 days. The purpose of this project is to continue research in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Bac M35 on natural salmon and other fish, such as tuna and fish eggs with a goal of commercialization of Bac M35 in the industry.
