Our goal for this project is to develop the first phase of “Isaac”, our virtual business coach. For the first phase, Isaac will use machine learning algorithms to predict the likelihood that a client will churn. As part of this project, a comprehensive reporting dashboard will be built and numerous database optimizations and infrastructure changes will be made to facilitate the implementation of Isaac.
