Description:

This project will expand the use of a diagnostic tool to assist individual construction industry SMEs in identifying areas for performance improvement through innovative solutions. The resulting database of performance data will provide the basis for identifying industry trends and needs in a benchmarking environment. In addition the survey instrument will be set up as an online tool for employers to use to self-assess their maturity with respect to the performance areas. This will engage the employers and support internal discussions that may then lead to action to improve productivity.
