Description:
This project will consist of designing and developing a prototype automated infeed conveyor system to supply EPS foam boards continuously and precisely to a hot roll lamination system and an outfeed conveyor system integrated with an automatic flying shear system to cut the bottom and top lamination film before the stacking process. The aim is to develop a high capacity lamination process to apply thin film materials on EPS foam board.
