Description:
The goal of the project is to improve information retrieval and understanding from audio content. The purpose of this improvement is to address market needs in a variety of industries that handle audio content as a primary data source. Example industries include national defence, call centres, and social media content processing. Initial interested customers include Innovapost, Department of National Defence, and Steelcase. All three require improved information extraction and analysis on audio content where transcription alone is insufficient or underperforming.
