Description:
This project is to determine efficient and cost-effective polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) biodegradable plastic extraction techniques, post cell harvesting from our 1 L and 10 L PHA fermentation tanks, and to evaluate the consistency of the extracted co-polymer. The results obtained will be utilized for the scaling up towards a Demonstration Plant set up.
